Make sure you double check your shipping information for any errors before placing an order! It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide me with is correct. In some cases it can be difficult and to make changes once an order is placed and it's impossible to make changes on orders that has been already processed, awaiting shipping, or shipped.

The customer is responsible for additional shipping and an extra handling charge if I have to resend an order due to an incorrect address or if an order was not called for after receiving notice from customs.

Packaging

A5 and A4 prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer in a protective sleeve with cardboard backing. A3 prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube, rolled safely in a protective sleeve.

Time

Most of my products are printed on demand either by me or my print providers. Please allow between 2-7 days for order processing, printing, packing and shipping. Then up to a week to receive your purchase for domestic orders, 3 to 6 weeks for international orders depending on shipping method, customs and the covid situation!

Prints are sent as a standard tracked parcel. International parcel shipping takes on average 10 -18 business days, includes tracking and insurance but can take longer if affected by lockdowns. 

If you need your order faster than that, please email me and I can organize that for you by using a courier service for additional charge.

Refunds or Exchanges

​

Apparel printed or embroidered on demand can be returned or exchanged only if faulty or damaged during transport. Please contact me within three days from delivery to organize reprint or refund. Include description and photos of fault or damage.

Insurance and tracking are sometimes unavailable once the package leaves Australia, it depends if the post office of the delivery country logs the info once it has left Australia. 

Normally prints are dropped off without an issue, but each country has unique customs. If the package is kept by customs, they will be in contact with you and it is your responsibility to pick up your package.

 

International orders are shipped as merchandise. I cannot send them as gifts to avoid customs as that is illegal. The customer is responsible for checking for customs costs before ordering.
